Stress is omnipresent and will always be part of our lives. This cannot be changed, and promises such as “stress-free” or “never stressed again” are unrealistic. What can be influenced, however, is how we deal with stress.

A healthy approach to stress means being able to return to balance and remain effective, even during prolonged periods of pressure. Stress is highly individual and has many faces. It can push us to our limits and beyond, often in unhealthy ways. When high stress levels persist over a long period of time, they can negatively affect both physical and mental health.

Don’t let it get that far.

From personal experience, I know how demanding and exhausting the path back from burnout can be. That’s why I encourage you to take early signs seriously and to address stress before it has a lasting impact on your quality of life.

We work with your thought patterns, strengthen your resources, and transform limiting beliefs in order to reduce stress sustainably.

Regenerative stress management

Through mindfulness techniques, relaxation exercises, and breathing practices, I support you in finding inner calm and strengthening your resilience.

In addition, methods and analyses from workplace health promotion, as well as elements of burnout prevention and resilience training, are integrated into the counselling process to support you in a truly holistic way.

Instrumental stress management

The focus lies on identifying your personal stressors and developing social and communication skills, such as conflict management and self-management.
